When there is confusion or uncertainty about the accuracy of invoices, we perform an information/documentation audit.We make sure the back-up materials support the invoices, reconcile with the claim and affirm you are paying the correct amounts.

Our standard process is to work in conjunction with your team under your direction. During those occasions when your time is already taxed and, in those cases, we can act as an Owner’s Representative and completely run a project for you. We still report directly to you with all the same audit checks and dynamic reporting, giving you back valuable time to focus on your other responsibilities.
