Wade Miller founded the company in 2002 as a restoration contracting firm specializing in the healthcare and hospitality industries and expanded it to include manufacturing. Known then as Mitigation Services we worked directly with clients and were often hired by larger restoration contractors to run large and complex projects. Our business grew and we gained valuable expertise on high-pressure jobs.
 

During one particular natural disaster, while working with a client who had several of its hotels and restaurants severely damaged, Wade asked the owner what he needed. He said, “Someone who can help me with the whole recovery process, someone focused on recovering my business, not just my property, someone who can handle all the insurance people, the inspectors and everyone else who keep coming at me. That’s what I need.”
 

As a contractor, I realized I could only take care of a small part of everything our client needed.  They had several millions of dollars at stake, hundreds of employees to consider and they needed a trusted partner to corral the overall recovery effort.  That’s when it became obvious to me there was a significant gap in the loss recovery marketplace process. OneRallyPoint was created to meet that critical need.
 

Our goal is to put businesses back in operation as quickly and safely as possibly with reduced disruption to internal work. Everyone already had full-time jobs before the event happened, and those jobs don’t go away.  We represent our clients and their goals and needs throughout the recovery and strive to give all parties what they need at the end of a loss.
 

We now engage with clients to represent them through the dynamics of the entire recovery process, oversee all parts of the recovery and bring greater efficiency in time, money and effort.  We work with our client’s contractors, experts, insurance representatives and ownership groups for more successful outcome – reducing the amount of energy they need to expend, while reducing the timelines and cost for everyone.
