When these jobs are part of an insurance claim, 1RP coordinates with and manages the needs of the insurance team too. As an Owner’s Representative, 1RP produces the best performance from contractors plus easier communication and quicker agreements on the insurance-related jobs.

Data Management
1RP provides data management services to deliver transparency, accountability and confidence on recovery projects. To get the best results on disaster recovery, managing the data is every bit as critical as managing the work itself. 1RP starts from the beginning to make sure all data is being captured in a timely manner and then organized the data to be used by all parties. 1RP also tracks where any particular review or outstanding item is sitting so we can go back to that party to keep the data flowing smoothly.
Secure Software Platform (RallyClaim™)
1RP has developed a proprietary software called RallyClaim™, to securely store and manage all data. This can be used on insurance and non-insurance related work. It can also be used for al size disaster recovery jobs, even those that 1RP would not be working on. This gives users/clients the ability to track all property loss information in one place and have triggers to notify the right people when jobs get larger or may include an insurance component.​
